This solution has reached
a balance as for quality, production and flexibility, which
matches perfectly with the present painting market.
The average production is of about 1200 kg/h decreasing to nearly
900 kg/h with 5-6 colour changes in eight hours. |

This plant has been equipped with a latest manual cabin thanks
to which stocks of only 60kg/h can be added to the large dimension
production without stopping them. We consider the ratio investment/result
the most quickly redeemable.
Should the production needs be inferior to the potential ones,
this plant has proved to be more economical working at 50% of
its power than under-dimensioned plants at 100%. |
