of great flexibility in colour changes.
The measured investment recognises its discreet success with
the experts at oxidation who can carry out the pre-treatment
on the oxidation plant. Skilled painters themselves, who already
have treatment lines, think this plant is interesting because
it takes small stocks from plants of big dimensions for which
they represent wastes of time which, on large productions,
mean important percentages of turnover.
We discourage the use of the Pocket where the pre-treatment
is needed because, since its costs are exactly the same for
small and large productions, it would take the plant total
cost to 80% of the cost of an horizontal bi-rail with a production
at 30% compared with this latest solution. |
